Are your soaps 100% natural?
Yes! All of our soaps are made with only natural ingredients—plant oils, butters, clays, botanicals, and essential oils. No artificial dyes or fragrances.
Are your soaps vegan?
Yes, every bar is 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our main recipe was created with sensitive skin in mind. We use gentle plant oils, nourishing butters, and soothing clays—never harsh chemicals, dyes, or artificial fragrances. Great for sensitive, dry, or easily irritated skin.
Are your soaps safe for kids?
Yes. Our base recipe is safe for all ages. However, some essential oils may not be recommended for young children. We also offer an All Natural soap bar without essential oils, and we’ll be launching a kids & baby line soon.
Do your soaps contain palm oil?
No. All soaps are 100% palm oil free. We use alternatives like coconut oil, mango butter, kokum butter, and grapeseed oil.
Do your soaps expire?
They are best used within 12–18 months. Scent and color may fade over time, but the soap will still be safe to use. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Can I look up the ingredients?
Yes. Every bar lists its full ingredients on the label and on our website.

How long do your soaps last?
With daily shower use, a bar typically lasts 6 weeks. Used less frequently (e.g., hand soap), it can last much longer. Store on a draining soap dish to extend life.
How should I store my soap?
Keep on a draining soap dish so it can dry fully. Avoid standing water or leaving it under the shower stream. Unused bars can be stored in a cool, dry place—or even in a linen drawer to enjoy their scent.
Can I use your soaps on my face?
Yes. Many customers use them on both face and body. Since every skin type is unique, we recommend checking the ingredients and doing a quick patch test first.
Do your soaps have strong scents?
No synthetic fragrances are used. Only essential oils, which provide natural, gentle scents. Some bars are stronger, others more subtle.

What are your shipping options?
We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Do you accept returns?
For hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted. If your order is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 14 days so we can make it right.
Can I buy your soaps in person?
Yes! You can find us at local markets and craft shows throughout the year. Check our Event Calendar for upcoming events.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. We use recyclable cardstock wraps—minimal, plastic-free, and designed to reduce waste. While not fully eco-certified, we’re committed to continuous improvement and more sustainable options as we grow.
