Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. You will never be required to send products back. Once reviewed, we will provide a refund, replacement, or appropriate resolution.
