Processing & Shipping Schedule:
All orders are handmade and prepared with care. Orders are shipped once per week, every Monday.
Orders placed after Sunday at 11:59pm (MST) will ship the following Monday.
Shipping Rates:
Flat rate shipping: $10.00 Canada wide.
Free shipping on orders over $100.00.
We currently ship within Canada only.
Carrier:
Orders are shipped via Purolator ground service and includes a tracking number.
Delivery Times:
Once shipped, delivery times are typically 3-6 business days within Canada, depending on your location. Processing may take a few additional days during busy seasons or holidays.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
You will not need to send products back. Once we review your claim, we will work with you to make it right.
